Michael Schlink, Director of Neiman Marcus East Coast Distribution Operations and Steve Johnson, Principal – Johnson Stephens Consulting, will be presenting “Transforming the Distribution Environment" at the RILA Conference.  This leading omnichannel retail leadership event will be held February 23-26 at the San Diego Convention Center.  Johnson Stephens Consulting is also exhibiting at this event in booth 337.  The presentation will take place from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM on Tuesday, February 25th in Room 28 AB.  Schlink & Johnson will detail the recently implemented new Neiman Marcus East Coast Distribution Center in Pittston (Wilkes-Barre), Pennsylvania.  The session will specifically focus upon how Neiman Marcus went about the process of site selection, planning, design and implementation of the new facility. This facility enables the delivery service levels that customers expect of this leading retail luxury brand.
